Interesting idea. You need some symmetry. The black and white kind of seeps over into the color side near the forehead. The eye of course is a very very unnatural color. I understand that some people aim for a more unnatural color to convey whatever their message is, but they forget that it still has to blend in. Make the unnatural FEEL natural. You need to work on your technique, but your creativity is solid. Though the "split face" idea has been done to death, it can still be an interesting piece if executed properly.
